"Buyer" refers to any person who uses the Site in order to make a purchase.

"Content" refers to any text, graphics or images on the Site

"Visitor" and " you "and " you "means any person who visits or browses the Website or who contacts the host through the website or after visiting the site.

2.1 We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes, suspend, modify and make additions to any functionality of the Site, the listing and these terms and conditions without prior notification. 4.3 We do not guaranty the exactness of the advertisements of the host, relative to the quality, of what is offered.You acknowledge that transactions and all other contact between Locations du sommet and travellers are conducted entirely at your own risk and that the Site takes no responsibility or liability for any listing error.

4.4 You must not use the Site to Copy, modify or distribute the content belonging to another or make false or fraudulent enquiries.

4.5 We reserve the right, in our sole discretion to resiliate or reduce access to our services, amend or remove information published on or through the website.

4.6 The site does not guarantee that a specific Property is available at a certain time. If Instant reservation is not available. Travellers must always check availability directly with Locations du somet. Every reservation request must be approved by Locations du sommet to be official.

4.7 Host or travellers may have particular requirements. If so, these are a matter between the parties.

4.8 While our Site offer auto messaging service, it is not a guarantee that travellers will receive and read the messages. The site is not responsible of the content of the messages. The Host must always check with the travellers if they received the information.

5.1 We are an owner, and contracting agent, properties. Travellers must communicate directly with the Locations du sommet regarding any listings made via the Site. We assumes no liability on the property condition of any listing.

5.2 The visitor acknowledged that use of the site is at is sole risk.

5.3 As most of the content on Locations du sommet comes from third party properties owners the site do not guaranty the exactness of the advertisements. within the limits permitted by law. Accordingly, any booking will be made at the travellers or visitor own risk.

6.1 Locations du sommet are a party to any payment transaction between host and travellers, including payments for property reservation, even if we receive a commission in connection with any payment transaction. The online payments service is a tool in order to assist and make transaction easier.

6.2 Travellers who use this service, are responsible for ensuring they have read the host terms for rental prior to making a payment.

7.1 Courtesy is required in all communication made through the website. All listings, and all communications made through or in relation to the Site shall be made in good faith. whoever violates this rule could be removed from the site.

7.2 You must not harm, damage, interfere with the Site. Including not to overload, disturb or commit acts of piracy of any kind.
